  • Is Arsenal finally closer to silverware?
  • Can a new signature get Arsenal on the line?

Fabrizio Romano says the feeling at Arsenal is that they are “very close” to where they want to be after the now strong summer transfer window.

Gunner spent a lot this summer on some exciting signatures, bringing in Victor Gyoker, Ebelech Eze, Martin Zubimendi, Noni Madueke, Christian Mosquera, Christian Norgaard, Piero Hincapie and Kepa Alizabaraga.

This allowed Mikel Arteta to get a much bigger team than he had in the past, which seems to have led to a truly confident mood inside Emirates Stadium.

Speaking to the Blazers guy on YouTube, Romano from Transfer Journalist provided insights into how Arsenal did a great job and now he did a great job as he thought he was in a strong position to win major trophies.

Is Arsenal finally closer to silverware?

Watch the video below, as Romano explains Arsenal in detail. An Italian reporter said:

“Everyone at the club can really feel that they are very close to the level that Arsenal wants to reach.

“Of course, the trophies are an important part of this process, so we know what will happen at the end of the season, but Arsenal is very pleased with what they did in the market.

Can a new signature get Arsenal on the line?

Arsenal needed a good window and sports director Andrea Berta really delivered on that front.

The Italian, who joined from Atletico Madrid earlier this year, seemed like a major upgrade to his predecessor, Edu, who had a disappointingly quiet summer over a year ago.

In 2024/25, the AFC left a small team behind. This was a struggle to deal with after the bad luck of an injury, but now it appears that you have everything you need in competitions like the Premier League and Champions League.
