If there’s one thing Arsenal fans want this summer, it’s a striker.
Mikel Arteta’s side is in a great position to do something epic in the Champions League this season, but their domestic campaign scored 14 goals less in the Premier League than Liverpool due to a lack of a top clinical finish.
Therefore, it has not been much surprising that over the last few months, the people of North London have been associated with the prolific archer, especially the host of Alexander Isaac.
However, with Newcastle United likely to secure a spot in next year’s Champions League, it feels suspicious that gunners will be able to sign a star striker this summer.
Luckily, Arsenal appears to have already moved from the former real Sociedad star for the former free-scoring forward.

Arsenal striker search
Before reaching the man in question, it’s worth looking at some of the other centre-forwards who have linked North Londoners over the past few weeks, such as Ollie Watkins.
The Aston Villa star is the surprise target of the winter window club, and new sports director Andrea Berta is reportedly still interested in the British. It’s not hard to see why as he scored 16 goals and provided 13 assists in 48 appearances this semester.
Another recently appeared name was Jonathan David. He became a free agent in the summer and reportedly had recently held consultations with North Londoners.
Canadian International has enjoyed an incredible season this year, already accumulating tallies of 25 goals and 11 assists in 45 games, which pales in comparison to the unrealistic Viktor Gyoker.
Yes, the player in question is nothing more than a sports CP superstar. A recent report from Portugal’s Outlet A Bola found that as football remittances are relayed, North Londoners have been placed in “pole position” to secure Swedish signatures.
The report revealed that the gunners will step up the 26-year-old’s pursuit in the weeks after Berta’s appointment, with the former Coventry City star reaching £60 million for around 70 million euros.
It would still be a costly transfer to get over the line, but given Gyoker’s incredible output, it’s worth completing and better than signing ISAK.
Why Gyoker is a better signing for Isak
So it’s no secret that Isak is one of the most exciting strikers in world football at the moment. So, while it wouldn’t be surprising if most fans wanted the club to sign him or Gyoker, there are a number of reasons why the latter would be a sensible takeover.
The first is simply the cost involved, as reports were being asked to demand around £150 million from the Talisman, even when it appeared that he missed Champions League football.
Magpies are now set to play in the top European competitions next season, so taking a truly ridiculous offer to seduce them to sell is certainly an offer that will take away Gunner’s other summer plans.
So, as dubbed by analyst Ben Matinson, it feels much more wiser to spend some of it on the sport’s “powers” and make sure other top players are purchased to strengthen their teams in multiple areas.
Furthermore, the second reason is that Stockholm-born poachers are even more of a target threat this season.

For example, in just 46 appearances, a total of 3,700 minutes, he found the back of the net 47 times and provided 11 assists on the right scale.
In comparison, the Newcastle star scored 25 goals and provided six assists in 38 appearances, totaling 2977 minutes, and averaged goal involvement every 1.22 games or 96.03 minutes.
It’s true that the Solna-born ace is playing in a tougher league right now, but even if that’s taken into consideration, Gyoker’s level of output is amazing.
Finally, this is important. ISAK is an injury prone player and missed 39 club and country games in the 22/23 season alone, but Sports Dynamo missed just five games throughout his career.
Ultimately, Isak is a great player, but Gyoker not only spends a small portion of the price, but is definitely dangerous and the fitness record is impeccable enough, making it a better signing.
