Arsenal is reportedly interested in Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers’ potential summer transfer window contract.
Gunners apparently feel that rated £69 million English International is available, even if the villas would not want to sell, according to the football relocation.
Rogers is a revelation at Villa Park this season, establishing himself as one of the most exciting young talents in the Premier League.
It can play a variety of offensive midfield roles, but it’s easy to see Rodgers fit well at a top club like Arsenal, but I imagine seeing other big teams link quickly.
Morgan Rogers shifts interest from Arsenal and others
Rogers could be a great signing for Arsenal and could face a fight with Chelsea to sign the 22-year-old.
The Independent recently linked Bruce with Rogers, making sense that he was perfect for their youth project.
Still, Rodgers, who proved himself in the Premier League, is likely ready to become a marquee to sign the winning project.
Can Arsenal benefit as Chelsea doesn’t seem to be there yet?
Attacks must be a priority for Arsenal this summer
Rodgers looks like what Arsenal needs to increase quality and depth in their offense, but certainly need a new center forward.
Mikel Arteta did a good job at AFC, but there are no trophies to show that yet. This season, it mainly depends on the lack of target threat.
Kai Herberts and Gabriel Jesus were not fertile enough and both were injured, but Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Torosad were inconsistent.
This makes Arsenal overreliant on Bukayosaka. People like Rogers can help a team get a little less one dimension ahead of time.
