Arsenal has long been a breeding ground for academy talent.
Ashley Cole, Tony Adams, Andy Cole, Ray Parler and others came through the Gunners youth system before pursuing great careers on top flights.
That conveyor belt continues today, starring Emile Smith Lowe, Alex Iwobi and Joe Wilk on the Premier League side, with Bukayo Saka becoming the club’s homemade amulet.
We are now witnessing yet another sensational outlook to advance to senior football.
Arsenal was able to find his own Alexander Arnold
The last few windows of Arsenal’s summer club windows were unable to buy enough attackers, but they always signed a new goalkeeper and at least one fullback.

Football Fancast’s Chalkboard series presents tactical discussions centered around global games.
This led the club to have quite some accidental players who could play on both sides of the back four.
Starting with someone who is almost certainly not moving, there are Julientimber and Ben White, who are planning to compete for the right-back slot, Ricardo Calafiori, who just joined the club last summer.
I also got Takehiro Tomiyas, who was injured.
Then, as for the exit, we know that Kieran Tierney returns to the Celtics, giving interest to Oleksandr Zinchenko during the winter window, and his incredibly diminished role in the first team.
It is much more difficult to assess where Jakub Kiwior’s future lies. He’s been down the pecking order quite a bit with fullbacks, but he’s stepped up as a centre-back cover several times, and as he scores £58,000 a week, the manager may decide to keep him in the book for another year.
Finally, there’s another player who was a star at Arsenal’s fullback this season. Academy gems can be club torrents.
Arsenal producer superstar
Having already done everything on Arsenal’s broad list of fullback options, Miles Lewis Skelly is none other than the player who could become Arsenal’s torrent version.
There are now quite a few similarities between the sensory talented Liverpool star and the increasingly exciting Hale Ender that allows this comparison.
The first few, and slightly shallow, are facts that both emerged through the youth system on the “Big Six” side, and they are both currently international English people, both locals of the club they represent, and the gems of the gunners are born in Islington.
But perhaps the most important similarities between them are their position and future possibilities.
While he started as an academy midfielder, North London’s “fearless” outlook called Declan Rice has played incredibly well as he has joined the first team this season as a full-back cover, making him signed to Summer Calafiori.

Plus, like The Reds Star, he isn’t necessarily the best lockdown defender, but he offers more to his team when he attacks.
Finally, it appears that the Liverpool-born superstar is set to join Real Madrid, so both players could end up playing in the middle of the park.
Ultimately, we’re not saying that Lewis Skelly is close to the players they are now, but there are undeniable similarities between the pair, from their breakthrough to their position and potential.
