Excited to return to the spotlight on Champions League action on Tuesday night, Arsenal welcome Atletico Madrid to north London.

Mikel Arteta’s side, in the midst of a sensational run of form, are one of just six clubs with a 100% start on their European adventure and will be looking to make a new statement here.

Atletico may have enjoyed their own ups and downs on either side of the October international break, but the Spanish giants will be well aware that they will face a tough test on Tuesday night.

Ahead of the thrilling Champions League showdown with the Emirates in midweek, we’ve taken a look at some of the most appealing Arsenal vs Atletico Madrid bet builder tips.

Arsenal looking to take heavyweight’s scalp

Arsenal may have suffered further domestic heartbreak last season as they had to settle for another silver medal among England’s elite teams, but this time around the Gunners are now widely regarded as outstanding title contenders.

Arteta’s side, with their eyes firmly set on winning the Premier League for the first time since 2004, are in the midst of a sensational purple patch.

Arsenal are riding a huge wave of momentum as their Champions League adventure begins with back-to-back 2-0 wins against Athletic Bilbao and Olympiakos.

The hosts, who returned from a two-week break in October with a 1-0 away win at local rivals Fulham on Tuesday, have won their last five appearances by an aggregate score of 9-1 in all competitions.

He will be hoping to extend his 100% start and establish himself as an outstanding candidate here, but it should also be highlighted that Arsenal have only had one shot from open play so far this season.

Bet Builder Tip: Arsenal Win @ 3/5 and 1x bet

Atletico Madrid may have entered the new season in the midst of a public struggle, but Diego Simeone’s side certainly hit a real turning point either side of the October international break.

Tuesday’s guest, who made his return from a two-week break with a 1-0 home win against Osasuna, has scored 13 goals in his last five appearances in all competitions.

But despite ending September with a sensational 5-2 victory over arch-rivals Real Madrid, Atlético have gained an unwanted reputation for their prolonged struggles outside the Spanish capital.

Atletico started their Champions League adventure with a final heartbreak, losing 3-2 to Liverpool at Anfield, but have failed to win any of their first five away games (two losses, three draws).

Similarly, Simeone’s side, whose only Champions League win on foreign soil so far this year, will be well aware that they will face a heavyweight challenge in north London on Tuesday night.

Betbuilder Tip: Marcos Llorente, 0.5+ fouls in 1/2 BetUS

Summer big-money Victor Goqueres may not have hit the ground running after his blockbuster summer move from Sporting Lisbon, but Arsenal’s attacking talisman is enjoying another eye-catching rumble.

Despite missing the end of August with a muscle problem, Bukayo Saka returned in style, further underscoring his status as Arsenal’s ultimate poster boy.

The 24-year-old, who has been wearing the Arsenal captain’s armband in Martin Odegaard’s absence, has found the back of the net in three of his last five games for club and country.

The Arsenal academy graduate will be looking to play a starring role again on Tuesday night, having been on the scoresheet in England’s 3-0 win over Wales on October 9.

Saka, who opens his Champions League account against Olympiakos earlier this month, will be confident of testing Atletico Madrid’s defense, who have failed to keep a clean sheet in any of their outings so far this season.

Bet Builder Tip: Bukayo Saka can score anytime @ 21/10 at Dachbet
