The Los Angeles have left-handed reliever Tanner Scott on the list injured by inflammation in his left elbow, according to manager Dave Roberts.
Right-handed reliever Alexis Diaz has replaced him with an active roster.

Scott, 31, won All-Star honors with the Miami Marlins in 2024 before joining the on a four-year, $72 million contract in this past offseason, before being traded in the San Diego Padres midseason.
However, Scott was unable to regain his success from last season, earning a 4.14 ERA with seven blown saves leading the league.
Scott left Monday night’s match at the top of the nine innings after pitching the 22nd night’s pitch. After the match, Roberts said he was likely on the injured list.
“The manual test was good,” Roberts said. “So, that’s even more frightening and we can put him on the ice a bit and get him back.”
On Tuesday, Roberts confirmed that Scott is on the way to Illinois, but said the team is still waiting for the results of the MRI. The team believes it’s a “better” place than Scott thought on Monday night.
“It’s way better than last night,” Roberts said. “His emotions are in a good place. We have him in IL. Given his feelings, we are in a better place than last night.”
As for Diaz, the former All-Star is looking to make his debut after being bought out earlier this season in a deal with the Cincinnati Reds.
The 2023 All-Star closer was struggling with Triple A Oklahoma City, earning an ERA of 6.75 in 6.2 innings with seven walks and six strikeouts.
