Celtic is said to have kept tabs on “unique” offensive players during the summer transfer period as it appears that Brendan Rodgers is trying to bolster his advance options.

This is the case when Celtic found a strong alternative to Kuhn this summer, with bids already being made for Isaac Jansson, and it appears they are planning for a long time by pursuing the rise of young talent from Italy.

The 21-year-old is considered a strong option to bolster Hoop’s offensive options next season, scoring five goals in Serie B on loan at Frosinnon in 2024/25.
Ambrosino may still be a relatively unproven player at a high level, but his long-term ceiling is clear, scoring seven Italian goals on three separate youth teams, and has been praised in the past as “unique” by soccer talent scout Jacek Kulig.
His agency, GG11, has promoted transactions worth around £100 million to move to the UK in the past due to the growing talent in Italy. He represents things like Hamed Junior Troll, Lucasto Leila, Tottenham Duo Gugliel Moviario, and from the Italian Club of Radu Drugin.
At age 21, Ambrosino matures as a player and develops under the talented Rodgers, but it’s still not clear how easy it is to trade on the line, even on a loan basis.
The report hopes that while Italians may want to continue developing in Serie A, the appeal of joining a huge British club is too big to ignore.
