Fallouts from Jimmy Butler and the Golden State Warriors have been eliminated from the NBA playoffs.
Miami Heat fans were not sad to see Jimmy Butler removed from the postseason after the way the superstar designed an exit from the team midseason.
Butler landed alongside the Golden State Warriors and forced trade out of the heat after dropping out with President Pat Riley.
The Miami Heat season crashed in the first round of the playoffs, with Butler’s warriors joining them by being eliminated in a series with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Butler sealed the elimination with a loss in Game 5, scoring just 17 points.
During the live stream watching the game, Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade called on Butler to step up. That didn’t happen.
Now, further reflecting what Butler’s performance is talking about on his podcast, Wade doubled, highlighting how unimpressed he was with the Warriors star.
Wade explains Butler is extremely reluctant to take over the game, analogizing it to the moment he saw it earlier on the Miami Heat, supporting Pat Riley’s decision not to pay with a major contract extension.
He said: “I didn’t like it, how he just got closer to the game, I know Jimmy is the first guy on a pass. He knows to make his teammates the ball and wants to see them shine, but that’s a point that doesn’t work. You couldn’t go. He doesn’t look at the basket.
“I’ve seen this before. I’ve seen it on a heat jersey, so in the sense that it’s like when the pad comes out, the pad doesn’t give you an extension, it’s not necessarily because of an injury.
“Sometimes, you need to see what you do in every moment, not just in a second.
“We saw Jimmy in the bubble. He was a dog. I saw Jimmy in another final against the Nuggets in Denver. He did exactly the same thing as the other nights. He didn’t see the basket.”
Butler attempted just 11 shots off the field and shot just 36%.

Wade knows what Jimmy Butler can do and says that despite him shooting on a cold streak, the Warriors star should have come out of it.
He explained: “I don’t want to see that. Jimmy Butler is just too good at basketball players.
“When it’s time for you to take over, you have to. And if you can’t do it from your position, you won’t make a shot, I don’t care, I’ll shoot.
“If you’re not filming, if you’re too close to that paint and don’t put that ball in that basket, it’s a bad attack. It’s a bad attack. Your team needs you to do it.”
