The Phoenix Suns deal with multiple issues around the star heading into the offseason.
At the beginning of the 2024-25 NBA season, fans expected the Phoenix Suns to be one of the most dominant teams in the Western Conference.
However, in reality, the Suns were unable to live up to these expectations as they missed the postseason, reaching 11th place in the rankings.
3x NBA All-Star Bradley Beale faced anger from fans and media due to his awful performances throughout the season. Currently, Sands is expected to trade beer, but one thing gets in the way.
Currently, only two NBA stars have strong Notetrade clauses on their contracts. LeBron James and Bradley Beale.
As James is one of the faces of the league, fans understand that the La Lakers star has the power to reject trade. But this power beer certainly doesn’t match his worth as an NBA star.
Obviously, this limits the Suns from swapping beer for a selected team. But NBA analyst Bill Simmons believes there is a way for the Suns to force Beal to waive his no-trade clause.
“Is there a one move still for Phoenix?
“And maybe it brings him when it’s like a 40-point game. You’ll take him like the last two minutes,” Simmons said on his podcast.
Famous sports analysts believe that using this dramatic method the sun can essentially “break”;
“He has to basically come out stretching like everything about breaking him, so he’s waived the no-trade clause.”
In just 53 contests for the Suns during the 2024-25 NBA season, Beale averaged 17.0 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game.
During the season it was revealed that Beal was no longer suitable for the starting lineup. He was moved to the bench, which didn’t help much.
It is possible that Beer played a role in the Sands, firing Mike Budenholzer. After all, Beal felt downplayed when director Budenholzer wanted him to recreate the Jrue Holiday game.
Plus, he gave an explosive interview with ESPN’s Tim MacMahon when Beal was linked to multiple teams during the NBA trading deadline.
In an interview, Beal admitted that he had navigated the rumors with a smile because of his non-trade clause. If this isn’t using it, what is it?
