Los Angeles left-handed Blake Snell said he was tested on his shoulder after being placed on the 15-day injury list. He has been dealing with shoulder pain for almost a month.
MRI results showed inflammation but no structural damage. Snell is “full of hope” and he only misses a few weeks.
Snell threw the bullpen on Sunday but was unable to finish it. He spoke to trainer Albert Thomas and general manager Brandon Gomez after the bullpen session, and was quickly placed in IL.
