Brian Windhorst spoke on ESPN Radio about the potential trade with Giannis Antetocomo.
Windhorst believes that despite him winning DPoy this year, the Cavaliers should consider dealing with Evan Mobley. He also explained why Giannis would be better off moving to candidates for the Eastern Conference.
“This is the first thing I’ve heard. If the cab had the chance to trade Giannis, I would make that deal. But I’ll say this about Giannis.
“Unfortunately, the reality is that if you are a team like the Knicks and the Cab and you know about this Tatum injury, you can see the windows now.
“If you’re a team like the Cavs, it’s as bad as their ending, they’ll enter a situation next year where they know that the Celtics may not be a perfect force for most people, if not a year.

At the end of the day, Giannis Antetocomo is an NBA superstar who ultimately has a lot of autonomy and power.
So he should consider all his options and make the right decision. The goal is clear – Giannis wants to win more championships.
But do you care how he does it? Because staying east will give him an easy path. On the other hand, winning in the West will further strengthen his legacy as something even greater.
