British and Ireland’s Lions coach Andy Farrell called Scotland’s Rory Sutherland, Ewan Ashman and Darcy Graham to his team as a cover for injuries in a tour match between the First Nations and Pacifica XV.
The three were drawn from the New Zealand Scottish team ahead of the Test against Auckland’s Samoa.
Winger Graham arrived late Monday, and the Lions said two days after he left Scotland in the final part of his drawings and losing Scotland to Sva’s Fiji.
Glasgow Warriors’ Loose Head Prop Sutherland, who played in two Tests on his previous Lions Tour in South Africa, will be at Melbourne camp on Sunday with Edinburgh Hooker Ewan Ashman.
The First Nations Pacifica clash takes place on July 22nd at Docklands Stadium in Melbourne.
Former Australian utility back Kurtley Beale was named along with Toutai Kefu-Coached First Nations-Pasifika Squad and test players Brandon Paenga-Amosa, Lukhan Salakaia-Loto and Pete Samu.
The 27-man team has 20 players, including Pacific Islander heritage and five Indigenous Australians.
On the Lions side, Farrell is busy calling reinforcements ahead of Brisbane’s series opener with Australia on Saturday.
England prostitute Jamie George was called to the team following Luke Cowan Dicky’s head knock during the 48-0 driving of Adelaide’s Invitation Australia-New Zealand XV in Adelaide on Saturday.
Irish tighthead prop Tom Clarkson was also called over the weekend to provide more front row cover.
