The British Superbike Championship Round at Alton Park ended early on Monday after a horrifying incident in the previous race.

A statement from the organizers stated, “At the start of the Quattro Group’s British Supersport Championship race at Alton Park, there was a major chain reaction incident involving 11 riders.

“The race stopped immediately and medical services were in attendance.

“The event will be cancelled because it is not possible to continue as the scope of the incident and medical intervention continues.”

There is no information yet regarding the condition of the 11 riders involved in the Supersport crash.

Therefore, race 3 of the BSB class, scheduled for the Super Sports race on Monday afternoon, will not be held.

Earlier in the day, Leon Haslam won his first BSB race since 2018.

Bradley Ray won the first race of the 2025 season on Sunday.

The 2025 BSB Championship was underway to hold Season Curtain Razor.

Unfortunately, however, in a worrying situation, we were forced to reach premature conclusions.
