They are willing to file a £50 million offer to Brighton, and if that’s not enough, it could also lead players in other directions as part of a possible agreement.
Pedro has established himself as a quality striker over the past few seasons at Brighton, but his goal tally has been significantly bulged by penalties. This would not be at Chelsea due to Cole Palmer’s presence. So they could be some doubts from the supporters about the possibility that he is their new starting number 9.
