Chelsea reportedly will see three big names this summer if they boost Champions League qualifiers.
The Bruce is not yet guaranteed to finish in the top four after the recent slump, so it’s still unclear whether they’ll be able to sign the player they want.
Still, it appears that Chelsea have big plans if they have Champions League football next season.
According to a report from Spanish outlet Fichejes, Chelsea created Victor Gyoker, Rodrigo Goes, and Dean Huyssen was their preferred target for the summer.
Can Chelsea stop the stunning triple transfer?
Chelsea have spent a lot of time under its current owners, but often they have long-term investments, with the club primarily targeting younger players and building for the future.
However, Chelsea fans are panicking for success. So there may be a time when the board has more proven players going with a group of promising young players.
Gyoker, linked to Arsenal in the football relocation, appears to be at his peak, but Rodrigo has always been experienced since his time at Real Madrid.
Swedish and Brazilian forwards are ideal to offer CFC upgrades on current crops of current attackers, as inconsistent performers like Nicholas Jackson, Pedro Neto, Noni Maduce and Macairo Mudric certainly require the necessary replacements.
Huijsen, meanwhile, is still young, but has already proven himself in the Premier League at least, and has been one of Bournemouth’s star performers this season.
Despite the recent blips from Cherry, they are sometimes a joy to see the term, and Huissen in particular looks like one of the players who can struggle to defend this summer.
Still, Chelsea need to improve quickly if they clinch their Champions League qualifications. If players on this caliber move this summer, it could be a critical demand for them to play in top European club competitions.
Gyoker, for example, would now choose Arsenal over Chelsea, as Gunners are likely to have Champions League football and perhaps close to winning major trophies in the coming years.
