Journalist Christian Folk provided a fresh update to Chelsea Transfer Saga from Jamie Gittens in a CF Bayern Insider column.
German football experts have revealed that Bayern Munich will not be likely to move to sign the Gitens from rival Borussia Dortmund.
According to Folk, this could pave the way for Chelsea as a “logical” next step.
Gittens never got cheaper, but Dortmund was said to be asking for €65 million to allow a highly rated 20-year holiday.
According to Christian Faulk, Jamie Gittense could be a “logical next step”
On the latest updates from the Gitens on the Chelsea saga, Falk said: “It’s not difficult for the club to see Jamie Gitens move into the Premier League, and in fact, this is a move that England International has always shown he is open.
“With that in mind, Chelsea is a big option for the Gitens. I think this will be a logical next step.”
Catch off side This will soon be hot as we reported earlier this week that the Gitens were the subject of Chelsea’s offer.
Chelsea need a new winger this summer
The Gitens is one of the names Chelsea watches, but sources have also informed that Manchester United’s Alejandro Garnacho is still on the target list.
Argentina has proven in the Premier League, which could potentially be a more attractive option for the blues.
But Gitens and Garnacho are both great players and fit well with the philosophy of signing the younger talent of the elite under Chelsea’s current ownership.
The CFC had to strengthen in that area of the team after Jadon Sancho’s loan was over, but they were also able to upgrade to Pedro Neto, Joao Felix and Mykhailo Mudryk.
