According to Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg, Liverpool forward Cody Gappo can leave Anfield in the summer transfer window. Bayern Munich is interested in the Netherlands International, one of three clubs the 26-year-old considers leaving him.
Plettenberg reported x: “Summer departure for Cody regardless of FC Bayern’s interest #gakpo It’s possible if the right offer comes. Several inquiries have already been made.
“Gakpo has been informed of Bayern’s interest. Max Hebert remains in contact. At this stage, Bayern is one of three clubs considering leaving Liverpool. #LFC
“But Bayern continues to evaluate multiple profiles: 21g/8a.”
Gakpo has been featured in Liverpool books since the summer of 2023 joined the company through Eredivisie Outfit PSV. The Dutch star has scored 41 goals and has given 17 assists in 128 appearances for the Merseyside club so far in his career.
