Another way Palace can confirm their desire to support Glasner is to support him in the transfer market, and it appears he is willing to do just that. According to Catch Offside, Crystal Palace is interested in signing striker Georges Micatazze This summer, from Lyon.
The report says it is considering signing the 24-year-old as the Eagles are believed to be embracing a move into the Premier League. However, West Ham and the Wolves are keen to secure a deal, and they are not the only team chasing the striker as Hammer targets Mikatatze at the top before the summer transfer period.
Micatazze, known as a “problem” by former manager Emilio Ferrera, joined Lyon last summer and scored eight goals in League One. The forward also won the net four times in the Europa League.
Mikautadze also can remember his contributions in Euro 2024 as he scored three goals in four matches.
