Crystal Palace Manager Oliver Grasner must be worried about the future of his best player.
After leading the team to their first major trophies after winning the FA Cup against Manchester City, Glasner wanted a peaceful summer transfer window, as far as expulsion is concerned.
But that was quite the opposite after the top British clubs showed interest in signing palace players.
Mark Guech, like Ebeki Eze, has linked his journey away from Selhurst Park this summer, and it appears that both will likely leave the club this summer, given the real interest from top clubs.
Daniel Munoz heads for Crystal Palace?
The same goes for Daniel Muñoz, who made comments about comments as far as the palace is concerned.
The palace is not going to let him leave the club, but he has opened the door to the exit.
“I want to play for the best team in the world, but they don’t speak directly to me.” Munoz told Winsport TV via the mirror.
“I work every day dreaming and working to achieve that. I hope it happens as soon as possible. I hope it’s in this window, but if not, I’m very pleased with Crystal Palace.”
Munoz is happy with the Premier League club
Unlike other well-known talents that link to the recent exits at Crystal Palace in the Window, Munoz’s attitude is rooted in optimism rather than frustration.
He is “very happy” at Selhurst Park and is on a contract until 2028. However, his desire to challenge himself with a larger club suggests that he could be a departure for another summer if the palace doesn’t suit his evolving ambitions.
In the case of palaces, development presents both opportunities and dilemmas. On the one hand, holding Munoz allows for stability and continuity in the right flank.
On the other hand, selling for a significant profit represents a smart business.
