Miami – Can UFC CEO Dana White help Jean Silva have his dream wedding?
That’s what the Brazilian Rising Star is asking after Bryce Mitchell’s impressive round two submission finish on the Kaseya Center’s UFC 314 main card on Saturday.
Silva (16-2 MMA, 5-0 UFC) He explained that he is planning to get married soon, but he hopes that the truly popular Brazilian singer Bello will perform at his wedding. However, Bello is past Silva’s pay grade and needs White’s help.
“We should already be married, but we really hope Bello will sing at the wedding,” Silva told MMA Junkie and other reporters through an interpreter at a postwar press conference in UFC 314. “But hey, come on, because you have to lower your fees and get four more fights to pay it.
“We’re very close to this dream. At one point, we were very far from making our dream come true. After today, I think we’re really close. After the story that came today and we had, we might be really close.
White was asked if he could not only be his best man, but also if Bello could meet Silva’s request that he pay Bello to come to his wedding and perform.
“Wait a second,” confused, White responded at a post-UFC 314 press conference. “He wants to marry his partner in the church. If I pay for it, am I the best guy? I need more information about this, but I’m probably in.”
