Leeds United are trying to avoid relegation this season, and they made a big start to the season back in the Premier League.
White has already created a distance between them and the relegation zone, having scored seven points from the first five games of the season.
It’s still early in the season and tougher Tests await manager Daniel Fark and his team, but the early signs are good.
Danny Murphy reserves Leeds’ chances
However, football expert Danny Murphy doesn’t feel the same way, and believes that one of the issues facing Fark could be the reason for Leeds’ relegation from the Premier League.
Murphy thinks Fark’s men will struggle when it comes to scoring goals, and that could be a reason to bring them back to the championship.
Speaking about the White & Jordan show at Talksport, Murphy said:
“I think the biggest problem with Burnley and Leeds is firepower.
“I agree with what we talked about before, and I think all the newly promoted aspects are great for the Premier League.
“I want to see them actually happening, but I don’t think that’s true. Burnley struggled in front of the goal. Leeds only got it, and it was a penalty. Until the wolves continued to give them the goal the other day.
Daniel Fark has a good option for attacking in Leeds
Whites can make decent signs during summer transfer periods and lead offenses alongside players like Calvert Lewin, who gained experience on top flights, and make serious claims about staying in the Premier League.
Fark needs goals not only from his attackers but from the entire team.
Leeds’ recent victory over the wolves will give them confidence and prove they can score points against potential relegation candidates that will give them an edge later in the season.
