As he’s as deeply talented as the in Los Angeles, there are still some flaws in his current roster.
The bullpen has one of the big holes. In other words, right-handed pitchers have the ability to swing and miss. Evan Phillips, Blake Trainen, and Brusdahl Gratel, the staple food in the group, have been exposed to varying degrees of injury. Trainen could be closest to coming back if everything goes according to the plan in his rehabilitation process.

With the aforementioned name on the shelf, it appears there is an imbalance between left-handed and the right savior. Ben Casparius was forced to switch the exchange between being a long rescuer and a highly leveraged arm given the ‘ need for right-handed pitchers. As has been the case recently, Casparius appears to be overworked.
Throw another flame and throw it to the right with the ability to hit people. This is Michael Kopech. The Texas native has recently returned to IL after it was reported that he had surgery to fix a meniscus that burst in his knee.
More news: ‘ Dave Roberts didn’t know that Kique Hernandez had been injured for six weeks
When speaking to the media, manager Dave Roberts provided this update on his talented right-handed rescuer. Luckily for Ballclub, given its hopeful prognosis, it seems as if they have dodged some seriously bad news.
“It was a little cleanup,” Roberts said. “Don’t know the timetable, but that was what bothered him. If there’s something specific that causes it in your knee, it’s not sustainable to manage it. We’ve reached that point.
The news could not have been any better for the . Since it was acquired by the Chicago White Sox at a trade deadline last year, Kopech has proven to be one of the most important weapons in the bullpen. He started in Illinois this season with shoulder issues, but has rejoined the club for more than a month of the season.
In eight appearances, he has not yet allowed the run he has won. Although the sample size is a bit smaller, all his analysis shows that Kopech was on the course to have a very good season.
As always in Los Angeles, getting him (and others) healthy for a postseason run is a top priority.
