The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the New Orleans Pelicans patched up New Orleans Pelicans team with their 46th victory in the season.
The awful 2-8 start of the NBA season feels long ago for the Milwaukee Bucks. The team rallied, despite the challenging campaign, and secured their sixth consecutive victory.
New Orleans’ victory over the Pelicans was unquestionable. The Pelicans are waiting for the season to end, and the star players are closed.
The Bucks won 136-111, and star player Giannis Antetokounmpo only played 26 minutes and had to add 28 points.
One of the Milwaukee Bucks’ big discoveries over the past few weeks was Kevin Porter JR, who played in real dynamism since being traded to the LA Clippers team.
Porter Jr. was recently praised by Giannis Antetocomo, contributing 20 points, five rebounds and seven assists in his victory with the Pelicans.
Doc Rivers said it was still an inefficient night for him as he went from just 1-5 from the 3-point range, but overall he’s very pleased with what Porter JR is bringing to the team.
Rivers said at a post-game press conference:
“When he and GT (Gary Trent Jr.) are together, their hands are defensively incredible.”
Rivers also said he was happy to see Kyle Kuzma scored 17 points and sounded like he wanted more from the former Wizards player.
He added: “We need to move him.”
Kyle Kuzma said after the game he was pleased with the way the Milwaukee Bucks remained focused on the weak but determined Pelican team.
“We just looked after the business and we weren’t playing with food tonight. We knew they had a team downstairs and they were going to come and play free-flowing basketball.
“We tightened the screws in the second half and managed to finish the game well.”
Looking back at the team’s victory, he added: “You can win six times in a row at any time.
