The Los Angeles Clippers have significantly improved their roster, including getting Bradley Beer from the market. According to Dwyane Wade, this has come for a long time, as players want to play with James Harden.
Throughout the NBA, many elite playmakers are building up their teammates. James Harden is probably the best in the league in maximizing the greatest strengths of his teammates. This is evident from his days with the Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Clippers.
A player with this mindset is Bradley Beale, the latest addition to the Clippers’ roster. The high-scoring shooting guard has always been a strong offensive player, but staying with Harden can help him even more.
Throughout his career, Beer has played with many excellent playmakers. He spent multiple seasons in the same backcourt as John Wall of Washington Wizards. Beal played a season with Russell Westbrook.
Beale plays for the Clippers and shares the backcourt with Harden. This is a huge boost for Beal, as he can benefit from getting more open shots. 2017-18 MVP is one of the best playmakers of this generation and Beal wants to shine even more as his partner. It also helps that your backcourt partners are already talking to each other.
That’s what NBA legend Dwyane Wade feels. He heard that Harden is his dream teammate. Most offensive players want players who will give the ball at the right spot. Harden is the perfect example of that, and Beer wants it after two turbulent seasons in Phoenix.
“Bradley is where he wants to be. I know he plays with James’ players. He’s probably wanted to play for a while. A lot of players want to play with James because of his playmaking abilities. I’ve heard James is also a great leader.”
“It seems like a place where you decide where to go and where you want to go. You see me like a missing piece. It’s probably something you need to go as a veteran guy and play with other veterans.”
The Western Conference 2025-26 season appears to be a competitive group once again. Of course, the Oklahoma City Thunder is another favorite to win the championship, but there is a competition.
The Denver Nuggets and Minnesota Timberwolves are aiming for red, but other teams could be darker horses. One of those teams is the Clippers. This is mainly due to improvements to the roster. People say the Clippers have an old roster, but as long as they stay healthy, that shouldn’t be a problem.
Harden as a star player, and the Clippers could go far next season. His playmaking and scoring are excellent and could lead to a great campaign for the team. Kawhi Leonard is still a superstar player, but they have a good group.
The Clippers hope Beal will perform well as an elite player on both ends of the court. They may be an old group, but they have the experience of shining under the brightest light.
