Elite tennis star reveals a call where Kobe Bryant recovered his career after major surgery

Kobe Bryant is one of the most tenacious basketball players to win the respect of his fellow peers for his brilliance on and off the court.

La Lakers Legend has won five championships and all other major honors in the NBA.

Kobe Bryant oozed the Mamba mentality and spread the message that he worked hard to the younger generation.

He was a very kind mentor to players like Kyrie Irving, who shared the advice Bryant gave him.

It’s well documented how he had a huge impact in the NBA, and many still use Bryant as a standard for sparkle.

Lakers new player Luka Donsic has shown her love for Mamba as she recently helped restore Bryant’s mural.

His untimely death has affected many people in the NBA community, but the impact he had on the game has always been there.

The 18th All-Stars also had a positive impact on the stars outside of the game. Novak Jjokovic is the latest to share his Mamba story.

Djokovic is one of the most successful tennis players in the history of the game, winning 24 Grand Slam titles throughout his illustrious career.

However, when he underwent serious surgery in 2018, he faced tough times in his career, and Djokovic revealed that Bryant was the one who helped him a lot during that time.

When asked about how Bryant helped him return to his former self, the tennis maestro said:

“I completely changed my serve-like movements. I’m kind of, I’m kind of lost. I’m honestly, mentally too.

“And we made four or five calls. We saw each other when I was in the state. He was really trying to be there for me. And I relied on his advice and his advice and he gave me the guidance I needed.

Djokovic suffers several more injuries, but his pain tolerance has increased, making him one of the best players ever.

“It was a huge shock to receive the news, but his legacy will live forever. No, there is no doubt about that. Mamba’s mentality is still very present for everyone.”

Bryant grew up idolizing Michael Jordan and adapted his murderer mentality to the game.

Like his favorite player, Bryant loved other sports, especially football.

Djokovic shared how Bryant respected the fact that he maintained a relationship with other sports personalities.

He said: “What I liked about Kobe was what he always tried to do, and he always tried to bring this level of energy and friendship into his relationship.

“And it’s not just me, but I will clearly observe his relationship with other peers, whether you’re a peer from his sport or if you were a big football fan like you would call it.

“And he grew up in Italy. And the way he carried his charisma and his personality was very unique. That’s why people all over the world loved him and still love him.”
