Ellie Kildun and Hannah Botterman will return from injuries due to the semi-final clash of the English Women’s Rugby World Cup with France in Bristol on Saturday.
Both fullbacks Kildunne and Prop Botterman were injured in the final pool match against Australia.
Flyhalves Zoe Harrison and Rockabby Ward will also return to the starting side, coming out of the bench in last week’s Scotland quarter-finals.
Kildyn was taken off with a concussion against Wallaros – it automatically ruled out her for 12 days, but Botterman suffered from a convulsion in his back.
“Ashtongate set the stage for a strong performance last weekend in tough circumstances and the girls are keen to come back there for the semi-finals,” coach John Mitchell said.

“We’ve won this stage. Now we have another opportunity to get the right thing. Our game is working, it’s the right way. By working together, we keep getting better.
“France is facing challenges and it will drive them. We expect it. We don’t have to be perfect, just effective, focused and ready to fight. We are excited and ready to hunt.”
