This summer will be a big deal for Chelsea to take another step towards returning to Premier League glory under the leadership of Enzo Maresca next season.
The Italian has done a stunning job in charge of the blues so far, and Champions League qualifications hold true potential with potential European Congress League victory.
However, injuries to key players at various stages of the season are hampering the possibility of going a step further to challenge the runaway leader Liverpool.

If they are in a competitive position in 2025/25, it is important for Todd Bourley to get the checkbook again and provide the manager with the funding to reach the next level.
Many names are already advertised in the move to Stamford Bridge as the windows are already on the horizon, but given the previous cash injections, it’s still the amount of money the hierarchy will cost.
Dario Essugo is scheduled to move to West London in the summer, with CP teammate Geovany Quenda linked in 2026, and the club wasted no time improving the sides.
But here is our dream xi. I think Maresca can wait for the almost long English title of Blues to try and finish it…
GK-Philip Jorgensen
The goalkeeping situation has been a real issue with the bridge over the past few seasons, and may require reinforcement to improve the situation.
However, Dane is only 22 years old and needs time to settle in the UK, and the manager must give him a more consistent first role to be rewarded.
RB -Reece James
There is no denying the quality James owns in his efforts against Latvia on the international stage earlier this week.
His fitness record often prevents him from becoming one of the best right-backs in the world, and has real hope that in 2025/26 he will receive an injury-free campaign.
CB -Levi Colwill
Academy graduates have received a significant portion of criticism throughout Maresca’s first year of tenure, but many forget that they are only 22 years old.
The left-footed centre-back is worth gaining weight with gold, but it may take patience to help the youngster reach his full potential in the coming years.
CB -Dean Huijsen
The first potential summer arrivals have come in the form of Bournemouth Dean Huizen, not only on the blues’ radar, but also in the form of Bournemouth’s Dean Huizen, like Real Madrid in recent weeks.
At just 19 years old, he has a big future at the top, catching 71% of his tackles and catching eye with 2.6 aerials per 90 in this year’s Premier League.
If he could continue on his current trajectory and operate at the center of defense for the next few years, his £50 million release clause could be an absolute bargain.
LB -Marc Cucurella
The Spaniard enjoyed a great campaign in 2024/25 and was built on the success of the Euro 2024 that he endured in Spain 12 months ago.
Many people have early doubts about the 26-year-old’s ability, but he nails the left-back position to prove that the recent suspect is wrong.
CM – Moises Caiceceo
Club Record Signature Moises Caiceco has started each of their 29 outings so far, at the heart of the first team of the season.
He has even been able to wear an armband in recent months, bringing his team to the next level by introducing the trust Maresca has shown him.
CM -Enzo Fernández
Argentina endured the incredible execution of this calendar year’s form and won an exciting partnership with Kaiseko in the middle of the park.
He was notched on his three combination goals and his final six outings, and is definitely a key part of the side if he scores a serious title charge in the near future.
RW – Estevao Willian
After agreeing to a £28 million deal for his services, supporters excited about the prospect of teenager Estevao Willian moving to the club this summer will not deny it.
The Brazilian will move to the UK this summer and need time to adapt, but given his tally of 20 goals and 10 assists and 10 assists since his debut in 2025/26, there is no doubt that he can play a major role.
Cam – Cole Palmer
Despite being the club’s leading talisman over the past two seasons, England International has been extremely quiet in recent months, unable to register or support a single goal in the last nine games.
However, he still maintains a big part of the Blues team and hopes to retake his form before the season begins in August.
LW -Nico Williams
Athletic Bilba Winger Nico Williams is another player already being promoted this summer on his move to the bridge, which serves as a solid target for 22-year-old Maresca.
He has been able to post a total of four goals and five assists in Lariga so far.
He fit perfectly with the club’s philosophy of investing in young talent, and had the ability to identify the role of the left for years, for years, if he moved.
st-Masteus Cunya
The third and final new addition to complete the starting eleven is wolf striker Matthews Cunya, who has been interested in the last few days as well.
The Brazilian with a £60 million release clause could be a potentially leading the line man with 13 goals and four assists in this campaign – filling up the void and eventually finishing his search for a new amulet.
Chelsea XI 2025/26: They’re going. James, Korow, Huizen, Kindergarten; Kayseko, Fernandez, Estebao, Palmer, Williams. Cunya.
