Everton is due to be purchased this summer, but David Moys has already been given something like a dilemma. Not only are 15 of his club’s senior stars signed contracts in the coming months, but one of his toffees, Linchpins, has attracted interest from some well-known suitors.
Jarrad Branthwaite is one of Everton’s most important players, but the 22-year-old is also an attractive option, and could be sold this summer to deepen his transfer wallet.
In the end, multiple additions are necessary.
Latest news on Jarrad Branthwaite’s Everton Future
Branthwaite is a huge defender, swaying to the top level on the British coast, even though he’s still young.
He holds eight clean sheets this season in the Premier League, earning 72% of his ground matches, and averages an astonishing 6.6 clearance per game, according to his sofa score.
His efforts are not noticed.
The catch-offside reported last month that Manchester United is looking to rekindle interest in the three Lions defenders and is considering testing Everton’s resolve with a £50 million offer. Chelsea is also enthusiastic.
He’s important, but Everton, of course, seems to have resigned to losing him at a stage where it’s a reasonable price.
Moyes and his team want to retain his services, but he is not the only service, and his much older Toffees teammate has proven himself to be essential to the crease, and a fresh contract is being prepared.
Everton’s Veterans are more important than Brante Wight
Idrissa Gana Gueye is 35 years old, but his tough tackle and combative style in the middle of the park has contributed to Everton in two tenures this season.
Gueye, showing his influence, is part of a bloated rank awaiting the end of his contract this summer, but football insiders recently reported that TFG has begun meetings with the star over a new contract.
Gueye’s age does not undermine his level of performance. Such a command display is essential to the success of Moyes’ systems. His display level suggests he is becoming more and more important.
Called Everton’s “heartbeat” by Sky Sports Reporter Ben Ground, Gaie may have reached a bit, but his performance has been exemplary this season.
It’s not as if his athletic ability abandoned him, as his athletic ability drove him and jumped with so many tackles for his team this season. In fact, more tackles than any other player in the Premier League are just Rubberstamping his importance to that cause.

With so many changes going on this summer, it makes great sense to renew the weekly veteran contract, benefiting heavily from his presence.
In fact, Gueye has started all of Everton’s Premier League matches since the Moyes returned to the helm, contributing offensively while providing dubious support to Branthwaite and Co, completing dribbling and key passes every two matches following Sofascore.
The Senegalese midfielder has earned three assists this season.
Guye, who was described as a “monster” by his former teammate Preznel Kinmembe, is clearly left with more in the tank, and it’s good that efforts have been made to extend his deal for another year.
He earns quite a penny, but his worth is too great to let go of this important time.
