According to Football Insider, Alejandro Garnacho has decided to stay in the Premier League if he leaves Manchester United this summer.
The young winger, along with Chelsea and Aston Villa, is associated with a move away from the Red Devils, and has been named two clubs interested in signing the Argentine international star.
Along with Jadon Sancho, manager Ruben Amorim is ready to offload Garnacho this summer with a massive overhaul of his team after a disappointing season for the club.
Seeing his team finishing 15th in the Premier League, Amorim is ready to make some major changes at Old Trafford.
Matheus Cunha has already arrived at the club from the wolves, and the Premier League giants are currently hoping to add Brentford’s Brian M Beumo to the offensive ranks.
Reuben Amorim makes offensive changes for Man United
To create space with the team and raise funds for the transfer business, Man United is looking to sell Garnacho this summer, but Winger wants to stay in the Premier League.
Former Chief Scout Mic Brown provided the latest update on the future of the young Argentine winger.
“Garnacho will be interested in staying in the Premier League.” He told the soccer insider.
“He keeps the options open at this stage because he is a young player with more talent to come from his game and his development.
“United bought a Cunha. They bring Mbeumo. That’s not the end.
“So it’s clear that Garnacho is not in the plan and they will accept the offer to him.
“There are some English clubs that interest you, and they’ll be paying attention to the situation and ready to make a move.”
Alejandro Garnacho has no future in Old Trafford
United have made it clear that Garnacho is no longer Amorim’s long-term plan and is ready to sanction his departure.
At United, he scored 26 goals and 22 assists over 144 times, securing the FA Cup and EFL Cup trophies.
However, with a new signature coming in and his friction-filled relationship with Amorim, it may be time to find a new environment to continue his development.
Although 20-year-old Garnacho is described as “an outstanding talent,” his future at Old Trafford remains uncertain.
