Liverpool is the latest club to show interest in the potential relocation of Valencia’s talented young centre-back Christian Mosquera. Catch off side I understand.
The highly rated 20-year-old is shining in La Liga and has been attracting great interest this summer, including in the Premier League.

Tottenham, Crystal Palace and West Ham are also monitoring Mosquera, but he now feels he is leaning towards moving to RB Leipzig.

It appears that Mosquera can quickly avoid rushing to join the Top Premier League club. Leipzig appears to be an ideal foothold for him.
The German side often recruits and develops some of the world’s best young players, and will eventually sell them one day, usually for a considerable profit.
This policy works well for Raipzig and other clubs in the Red Bull Group, so it’s easy to see why Mosquera is seduced by them.
It’s easy to imagine that if he can work well there for a few years, he’ll get the chance to go to a club like Liverpool again.
Liverpool may need CB now instead of waiting for Mosquera
However, Liverpool may help bring in a new defender this summer.
The Reds also need to start thinking about signing the young talent at the top to come as a long-term successor to older Virgil van Dik.
Mosquera looks like an ideal candidate, but it remains to be seen whether he will be the target of their top and will prefer to move to LFC at this stage of his career anyway.
