Manchester United are considering making a move to beat Tottenham this summer on a free transfer of Lille midfielder Angel Gomez.
Sources close to the situation have notified us Catch off side Gomez is attracting a lot of attention as he approaches the end of his reel deal.
England International had shined during League One and now he could return to the Premier League, where he placed a spell on Man UTD as a young man.
Catch off side We understand that Spurs is leading the race for Gomes’ signatures at the moment, and Ange Postecoglou’s side is really pushing him to snap up for free.
However, sources also show that even at this stage they cannot rule out a return to United.

Catch off side Gomez has four major suitors in the UK, and as he approaches the summer transfer window it can be revealed that he has two from Serie A.
In addition to the Spurs and United, there is also interest from Everton and Crystal Palace, but these clubs have not yet contacted the deal.
Meanwhile, Naples and Juventus could have tried to seduce their 24-year-old into Italy, but there is also the possibility that Marseille might try to persuade the players to stay in France.
What can Angel Gomez offer to top clubs?
