Fabrizio Romano has dropped a massive update for Liverpool star Mohamed Salah.
Sarah’s contract was set to end at the end of the season, with no indication of discussions over a new contract with indication that players would leave at the end of the season.
The club is already aiming to lose one of Trent Alexander Arnold’s best players to Real Madrid on a free transfer. And there was a possibility that Virgil Van Dijk and Mo Salah could follow suit for both players in the same situation.
However, there appears to have been a breakthrough in negotiations with the latest report suggesting that Sarah would agree to a new deal with Liverpool.
Liverpool expert Paul Joyce has broken the news by claiming that the Egyptian superstar is approaching a new contract with the club and that the people of Liverpool are very confident that they will reach an agreement.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reaffirmed the news, posting five-word messages on Facebook, in addition to the excitement of Liverpool supporters. “Sarah and Liverpool. Let’s all be together again.”
In a follow-up post, Romano detailed that Sara has signed a new two-year contract with the club and is in the final stages.
“Breaking: Mo Salah is locked up in a new deal in Liverpool, and the agreement is in its final stage.
“The club is confident that they will get it done soon. It’s the same as Virgil Van Dijk, who has recently confirmed positive progress. Sarah and #LFC are expected to continue together.”
He added that Sarah’s deal is imminent, but the Reds are confident that Van Dick will also extend his contract.
“Not only is the new deal for Mo Salah is imminent, Liverpool is confident that, as expected, will soon sort out Virgil Van Dijk’s new contract. Sarah and Vandik are fully expected to remain at the club.
Mo Salah’s incredible numbers in Liverpool
Mo Salah has been Liverpool’s main man since joining Liverpool, scoring a ridiculous 243 goals and 110 assists in the club’s 394 games.
And he helped the Reds get the title charge this season, scoring 27 goals and supporting 17 games in 31 games.
The kind figures he continues to create seasons after the season are nearly impossible to exchange, and the club will force him to leave, and that too for free.
However, this will come in great news for the Reds as it appears Sarah is staying!
