Tottenham lies to 14th place at the table after 15 Premier League defeats. This is a truly terrible number on the “big 6” side, and can create a serious case where injuries undermined the chances of performance at the top level, but the results were not uniform regardless.
Tottenham’s next five Premier League fixtures | date |
---|---|
Chelsea (away) | April 3rd |
Southampton (home) | April 6th |

Postecoglou has attracted criticism for his inability to adapt at a tactical level, with complaints surrounding his work and “serious doubts” about the long-term future of the former Celtic boss.
Tottenham has identified Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraora as the top target for potentially replacing Post-Coglo, while Fulham boss Marco Silva and Brentford manager Thomas Frank are considered high on Daniel Levy’s list of management responsibility (athletic).
“Because of principle, we can’t play a system that players can’t play because we’ve accepted three on Thursday and six today,” Man United legend Peter Schmeichel said after a 6-3 loss to Liverpool earlier this season.
“If you look at the table, they’re not on the front page. They’re on the second page. Tottenham isn’t supposed to be on the second page. That’s because of the way they play.
“The stubbornness to play that way has given them what they deserve.
Tottenham can plunder Ange Postecoglou, Fabrizio Romano shares
Currently, writing for Givemesport, Romano shares important details about when Tottenham can plunder Postecoglou.
Journalists argue that the tactician’s hope of staying in the N17 will remain “strictly” in how the Spurs perform in the Europa League, but if they can’t win the competition, or even a respectable show, there is a “high possibility” that Levy will classify the company with post-coglo.
He adds that they have already touched on the base based on Iraaura’s “close circle” and expressed interest in the Spaniards.
Tottenham is also very aware that his 42-year-old cherry deal has a release clause worth up to £11 million, so if Levy chooses to cause it, Bournemouth will not be able to maintain his manager.
Iraora looks like a favorite to succeed after Post Coglu if he leaves, but the Romano Backs report that they are also considering Fulham’s Silva.
