Let’s talk about Eddie’s Tassi and Flying Wooway this weekend. At Octagon 69, two biggest German influencers will lock the horn in the joint main event. With a total of 1.5 million subscribers, the pair of YouTubers are not used to performing in front of crowds, but this is certainly on a different level. One of these influencers will be able to raise their hands, so 15,000 will watch from within Westfallenhalle.

Ediz Tasci vs. Flying Uwe

“Flying” Wee Schuder is only one of two influencers with specialized combat experience. Schüder fought two fights in 2019, winning one and losing one. Schuder trained at the All Stars gym in Sweden along with former UFC title challenger Alexander Guistafson and Frankfurt MMA spirit and “King of Germany.”

“der Breite” Eddie Tassi also has a pretty amazing training camp. Tasci trained for this fight, with the likes of UFC stars, Rafael Fizeiv, Khamzat Chimaev and others. Tasci studied the art of Muay Thai at Tiger Muay Thai for most of his training camp in Thailand. It will be interesting to see how months at Tiger Muay Thai translate to Oktagonmma Cage.

Both influencers did an amazing job documenting the grit and determination needed to fight the night. It started as a respectful accumulation, but both influencers are involved in garbage talk and videos about each other on their respective social media platforms, but that’s the nature of building a fight. The pair of influencers who became fighters will give each other a lot of respect when everything is said and done on Saturday night.
