Newcastle United are tied to the movement of Chelsea defender Axel Disassi.
The 27-year-old French international defender exists at Aston Villa, and reports from RMC Sports claim Newcastle has already held talks about player movements.
The defender needs normal football to get his career back on track, and a move to Newcastle might be ideal. He’s not a key player for Chelsea and it’s unlikely that the Blues will get in his way when a good offer comes.
He is also linked to his permanent move towards Aston Villa.
Newcastle can use accelerator disasters
Newcastle has confirmed 47 goals in the league last season and needs to improve in that area of the pitch. They will play against top quality players next season. Disasi could be a useful acquisition for them. He has the physicality and technical attributes that will do well in the Premier League, and is looking to establish himself as a Newcastle player.
They have ambitious projects and talented teams. The opportunity to join them is appealing to players. The reported asking price is also very reasonable. Newcastle should be able to get trades across the line.
It will be interesting to see if they follow up with discussions with official proposals.
A new start is ideal
The 27-year-old is at the peak of his strength and he tries to join a club where he can fight for the trophy. Newcastle was able to win the English League Cup last season, helping him fulfill his ambitions.
He has the quality of doing well in British football, despite not being able to make his mark at Chelsea. If a transfer occurs, he will try to prove his worth with Newcastle.
