Liverpool was beaten 3-2 by Fulham, away from the Premier League home, and Andy Robertson put on a disappointing display for the away side.
Liverpool has been a favorite to win a league title this season, and they were expected to get better.
After taking the lead in the game, Liverpool was expected to dominate the contest thanks to a spectacular long-distance effort from Alexis Mac Alistair, but they were completely abolished by the home side. Fulham bounced off an early deficit and scored three goals in the first half.
Liverpool struggled to contain Fulham in every division of play, and the home side emerged as the obvious winner.
The defeat to Fulham further outlined the need for quality left-back Liverpool in the summer. Andy Robertson has declined last year, and Scotland’s international has been pretty mediocre this season. It was his poor pass that Fulham scored the second goal of the game.
The Liverpool defender lost the ball on a terrible square pass to Curtis Jones, and Alex Iwobi’s shot took a big deflection from Robertson towards the back of the net.

Andy Robertson needs to be replaced
Robertson has been an exceptional servant for Liverpool since joining the Hull City club, but apparently he is not a former player. His defense has been rather mediocre in recent months, and he has also regressed in terms of his strengths.
The one-week Scottish defender has yet to score a single assist in the Premier League this season. Trent Alexander Arnold and Robertson are undoubtedly the best creators in the league of full-back positions, and Scotland’s International now offers little.
Liverpool will have to try and replace him in the summer if they are serious about challenging a major trophy.
