According to the latest report from the Indian Express, Rishabpant, the wicketkeeper batsman for the Star India National Cricket Team, is not permitted to travel to Old Trafford, Manchester on the second day of the Test match.
India’s vice-captain, Rishabhpants, has been advised by his medical team not to put pressure on his injured foot, eliminating the possibility that he might return to the crease in the remainder of his match with the UK.

Pants suffered a leg injury on the first day of India and England’s fourth Test in Manchester. He was injured in the overs in 68 innings and was forced to retire after scoring 37 runs from two four balls and one six balls.
On the 68th fourth ball, Chris bowled a full, slow ball into Rishabh pants.
LBW had a great appeal, but the referee didn’t put it out, and England went for a review.
The star wicketkeeper batsman felt a lot of pain after being attacked and consulted by a doctor on the ground. There was swelling in his right leg along with blood and he was seen screaming in pain. Rishabh Pant couldn’t stand properly so a buggy was brought into the middle to carry him.

However, the medical team closed the Indian team management question and did not clear the wicketkeeper batsman to travel to the ground for the second day’s play.
Meanwhile, Ishan Kishan has been approached by the AJIT Agarkar-led selection committee to join the team for the fifth test, and Dhruv Jurel could replace the pants in the oval playing XI.
