Fabrizio Romano gave Nicholas Jackson the trademark “go here” to the Bayern Munich deal this morning.
The Chelsea striker is finally on his way out of Stanford Bridge after a long summer saga where his future is much doubtful.
The Bruce signed two new strikers early in the summer, with Liam Dellup and Joa Pedro taking part in, and Jackson pushed the team down very clearly in the pecking order of Enzo Maresca’s team.
Romano has now posted about Jackson heading to Bayern on his first loan. The Bundesliga giants also have the option to sign Senegal International forever for 800,000 euros…
Romano posted: “Exclusion: From Nicholas Jackson to Bayern, I’m going here. I agreed to Chelsea about moving my first loan. It’s not required for the 15 million euro loan fee for a season and the 80 million euro package and the sell-on clause.
Chelsea continues to do a strong job in selling players
Chelsea are thinking of something that really did well with this Jackson contract, as they could win 15 million euros just for lending him this season and sell him for 80 million euros.
There’s no guarantee that part two will come to fruition, but if that’s the case, it’s really great money for players who weren’t really convincing at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea have made many changes to their team this summer and despite heavy spending on new signatures, they have done a lot from selling players, so it appears they have a fairly sustainable model.
Noni Maduke, Joao Felix and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall are also looking for quite a large fee, and I imagine they could leave more in the final 24 hours of their transfer period.
