Golden State Warriors star Jonathan Kuminga is expected to stay in the headline after a confused season with the team.

Initially, Jonathan Cuminga was expected to ultimately get consistent minutes for the Golden State Warriors under the supervision of Steve Kerr.

But the trade of star Jimmy Butler has stunted Kuminga’s growth. As Kuminga found himself in a rotation under Kerr.

Despite the overwhelming season, Kuminga can regain his role if he works hard in his craft during the offseason.

In modern times, the ability to consistently drain three-pointers is clearly one of the best ways to secure a place on the roster.

Warriors’ Kuminga appears to know this as a video of a 22-year-old splash three-point shot.

Watching the viral video, the Warriors fanbase called the 2022 NBA champion.

“Catches, limited improvements bring the ball to his waist every time,” wrote one Warriors fan. The second fan said, “I have not proven anything to drain three seconds in an empty gym.”

Another addition: “He did this last year. It’s not a problem.”

“Can he start with a free throw? And a film to identify when to cut,” annoyed Dove fans questioned.

The fifth fan compared the JK to the Ben Simmons. “This is the new Ben Simmons off-season tape LMAO.”

“This happens every year. The guy should be working on rebounds and passes,” another Warriors fan advised Kuminga.

With all that in mind, Warriors fans are hoping that instead of wasting time shooting threes in the open gym, Kuminga will tackle their craft, especially rebounds.

Kuminga will officially join the NBA free agency this summer. He is one of the top 50 NBA free agents to watch out for.

Given the final stages of the regular season and how Cuminga went during the playoffs, it’s not surprising he leaves the dub.

However, since Kuminga is a restricted free agent, the Warriors have the opportunity to persuade him to stay. That way, the front office can match the offers Kuminga attracts as a free agent.

In any case, as Draymond Green said, no matter what decision Kuminga makes, he is likely to succeed in the NBA.

After all, he finished his fourth season in the NBA, averaging 15.3 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game in a limited few minutes.
