The Orlando Magic and the Memphis Grizzlies will have their first major trade in the NBA offseason, shaking the entire league.

On Sunday, the Orlando Magic agreed to send a pix swap with Kentabio Scaldwell Pope, Cole Anthony, four first-round picks and Memphis Grizzlies to a swap for Sharpshooter Desmond Bain, closing the backcourt in hopes of winning the Eastern Conference as quickly as the next season.

Like all transactions since February 2nd, it was quickly compared to the infamous deal that sent Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers.

Are KCP, Anthony and up to five picks better distance than Anthony Davis, Max Christie, one pick? That’s what most NBA fans seem to think, and a few months after Don Chic’s trade, Dallas Mavericks general manager Nico Harrison is once again the subject of ock laughs.

After the Don Chic deal, not only those loyal to the Mavericks, but also fans of the league were shocked.

The Darasite struggled, NBA fans were appalled that the deal was approved, and even Lakers fans were shocked to have fled in highway robbery. All trade since then has been compared to Don Chic’s trade, and the Bain to Orlando Trade is no exception.

“It’s so cool, so the NBA has a precedent in making Nico Harrison look like AF **** IDIOT, no matter who, or whatever,” a fan posted.

“Nico Harrison deserves prison time at the distance back to 77,” another added.

Since the Doncic trade, stars like De’aaron Fox, Jimmy Butler, Brandon Ingram, and even Kyle Kuzma have been traded, dragging Harrison after each.

“Every transaction since the deadline reminds me of Nico Harrison being an absolute idiot,” he denounced another person on social media.

Did the Grizzlies get a better haul for Bane than the Mavericks got for Donsic, a much better player? The consensus is leaning towards Jesus.

“We don’t even try to do hyperbolicism, but there’s a serious argument that Memphis has made better profits from dealing with Desmond Bain than Nico Harrison traded Luka,” fans summed.

Heading into the next season, the Mavericks boast solid rotations of Davis, Cooper Flag, PJ Washington, Klay Thompson, Daniel Gaford and Derek Lively II, and could potentially return from injuries before the playoffs.

However, there is no guarantee that even a healthy Mavs roster can compete in a loaded Western Conference.

The weaker East, Bain, Bain, Jalen Saggs, Paolo Banchelo, Franz, Mo Wagner, Wendell Carter, Anthony Black and Goga Bittas bring depth, defense and versatile scorers to compete in the meeting.

The only teams before them are probably the Cavs, Knicks, Pistons, Pacers and perhaps the Celtics, with Magic boasting depth and physicality enough to compete with any of them in the 7-game series.

The odds of the bet have yet to be released, but the magic is expected to have a better final shot than the Mavericks, making Harrison’s only reason with Doncic.
