Mike Meignan was able to get off as the great Chelsea goalkeeper
Chelsea has a proud history of having a very good goalkeeper in Premier League history.
Petr Cech has been the number one West Londoner for ten years and is widely regarded as the greatest keeper of all time to play in the country.
At other times, CFC had world-class keepers like Thibaut Courtois and Carlo Cudicini, but it’s been a while since they had someone of that caliber.
Mainyan could be a signature to give Chelsea the kind of goalkeeper they need to challenge for the title and other major trophies.
