Steve Kerr has approved the future of the highly controversial Golden State Warriors star.
At the trade deadline, the Golden State Warriors demonstrated their commitment and negotiation tactics to build around Steph Curry.
The biggest piece the Warriors gave to win Jimmy Butler was Andrew Wiggins.
And with talented young players like Jonathan Cuminga being unstable, the Warriors have the assets that can turn them upside down into better players to match the roster.
Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr admits he has struggled to match Jonathan Kminga with Steph Curry and Jimmy Butler.
Kuminga is a DNP famous for its key games, and increased by 1 minute after Curry was injured.
He played well in eliminating the playoff series to the Minnesota Timberwolves, but there is still no path to Cuminga’s normal game time.
In comments about the TK show, Kerr admits that it is likely that he will not be able to provide Kuminga with what he really needs.
Carr said: “I was asked to win, and now he’s not the guy I can say, I’m going to play 38 minutes with the roster we have, Steph, Jimmy, Draymond.
On the postseason lap, Kerr said something good about Jonathan Kuminga, but said there is area he needs to improve.
Kuminga will become a restricted free agent this summer, with the most likely outcome being sign-and-trade trading.
The Warriors were able to trade Kuminga with players Kerr believes, and the Warriors star value increased by playoff performance.
Teammate Draymond Green is a huge fan of Jonathan Cuminga and praises his maturity during and after the series with the Timberwolves.
And while the Warriors have been warned about losing a potential player in Kuminga, heading into a new situation at this point is probably the best outcome.
