Nkunku defeated the pecking order at ChelseaMaresca wants a new attacker this summer

According to Fabrizio Romano, Christopher Nucank is poised to leave Chelsea this summer, marking the end of a tenure that had not met his expectations.

The 27-year-old forward has made the decisive decision to leave Stamford Bridge, and ongoing debate about his future is already underway.

Nkunku’s days at Chelsea are undermined by injuries and inconsistent shapes.

Since moving £58 million from RB Leipzig in 2023, he has managed only 14 goals in 42 appearances in all competitions.

In the current season, he has started just nine Premier League games and scored three goals.

His limited influence has left him behind emerging talents like Tirique George’s preface.

Romano posted an update to his X account on Chelsea attackers.

“The plans have not changed since March, and we expect Christopher Nekunk and Chelsea to say goodbye to the summer.

After Bayern spoke with interest in January, they once again race-opened this summer, with Nkunku keying in on a new transfer. ”

Potential suitors include Bayern Munich and Arsenal.

The French approached the winter transfer window to leave Chelsea, but the move away from Stamford Bridge didn’t come true for him.

It is now certainly visible that manager Enzo Maresca will support other options in the attack.

With the summer transfer period approaching, it appears nkunku’s departure is imminent. His exit not only frees up a significant wage, but also allows Chelsea to reinvest the money generated from his moves in the transfer business.

The player’s career has been stagnant in the UK since his move from the Bundesliga, and he desperately needs a new adventure to regain his form in his career.

The attackers are linked to Chelsea’s move to Premier League rival Tottenham.
