Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Alistair has been linked to a move away from the club at the end of the season.
According to a report via Marca, Real Madrid is monitoring the 26-year-old Argentina International and was able to consider his moves in the future.
The player’s father is responding to a transfer of rumors that links the player with a move away from Liverpool. The player’s father, Carlos Mac Alistair, represents him along with Juan Jemeri, but in an interview revealed that the 26-year-old is happy with Liverpool and is unlikely to leave the club any time soon.
He said via Marca: “At this point, I don’t think he’ll leave Liverpool. You know the time. Alexis is very happy where he is. He lives in Manchester, and on the same block as him is Robertson Gomez, four blocks away, Richa (Lisandro) Martinez. That’s why it was easier to adapt.”
Mac Allister enjoys his time at the Premier League club and is in the right place at this stage of his career. However, the player recently admitted that he would like to play in Spain one day.
