The Boston Celtics were fully aware that they had to say goodbye to a few players as they were ready to enter the offseason.
Brad Stevens built a great roster, but the team was expensive from top to bottom and in the second apron.
They decided to offload players like Kristaps Porzingis, Jrue Holiday, Luke Kornet and Al Horford, which are close to signs with Golden State Warriors.
For Boston Celtics fans, departures have been a pain, but they still have some quality players.
Payton Pritchard recently pointed out how the team will continue to make their best efforts to compete, and one of them is expected to play a key role for them next season, so he is ready to boost his performance.
Neemias Queta scored five points last season, averaging 13.9 minutes.
He won praise from his teammate Jaylen Brown after his performance in a regular season game against the Denver Nuggets.
Queta only started six times in the 18 Champions Last Campaign, but it is expected to see a significant increase as the number of people like Horford and Porzingis disappears.
However, the Portuguese player is ready for his expansion role on the team and stands up to himself to do a good job.

Keta said:
“There are huge responsibilities, so there are requirements that are needed to show every day, and I’m working on it and preparing it.
“Hopefully, it’s going to be a good year for me in general, and I think I’ll step up that opportunity and everyone else too.
“Everyone points out that we’re the best, just like we’re not really a group, but we’re here to prove that we’re not.”
Keta was drafted in 2021 and has since been mostly NBA spinning works.
However, a big departure on the front court allowed Queta to start many games for the Celtics next season.
Apart from him, they are only Luka Garza and Xavier Tillman. They can occupy the center’s position.
The team drafted British-born Amari Williams in the second round.
They are trying to add some depth to the center position, but if they don’t bring about the acquisition, Queta will become the go-to guy to play there.
