The ICC again fined the team for the slow rate. This time, the West Indies will be fined 10% of the match fee due to the slow 4th T20I rate against Australia.

The fourth T20I in the ongoing series between Australia and the host West Indies, once again in favour of Australia. The Yellow Man has emerged as a winner for seven consecutive games, but the Windies suffer not only from losses, but also from the ICC’s punishment sacrifice.

The T20I between these two teams may have been in favor of Australia up until now, despite the fact that the match was very high scored.

In accordance with Article 2.22 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, those who deal with the minimum excessive crime will be fined 5% of the match fee for all those who fail to bowl at the allocated time stage.

West Indies skipper Shay Hope accepted the sanctions proposed by ICC match officials, avoiding the further need for a formal hearing on the issue.

Cameron Green makes a solid comeback in Australia in the T20s

Australia’s promising all-rounder Cameron Green has been winning three consecutive half-centuries with a yellow man’s four consecutive wins. Greene returned from injury and returned to the ICC World Test Championship Finals against South Africa.

He also returned the Whiteball against the West Indies on this tour. Green was unable to stop with the bat as he won three half-centuries for the Australians who come to the bat in a new position.

Australia may be looking to revamp its team ahead of the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2026 in India. The Australian won their last World Cup title in India, and the players who came to play in the IPL enjoy batting-friendly tracks.

The unbeaten third 50 on Green, out of just 35 balls, helped Australia take a 4-0 lead in the series after winning in the last game where Australia had already won the fastest T2000 in Australia’s batsman.

Australia contains several new names for the West Indies

Australia’s finest orders have also been revamped to some degree after Glenmaxwell promoted orders along with Skipper Marsh. Travis Head has been excluded from the T20 series against the West Indies.

The Australians have tried out some new combinations as Tim David has recently seen not featured in the fourth T20, bringing Aaron Hardy to the side. Young Cooper Connolly has also been given many opportunities recently.

Mitchell Owen is one of the latest Australian inclusions after being impressed with his all-around excellence in the shortest form of the game. His recent stint with Washington’s freedom at MLC may have asked him to join the tour. The big hitter began his career for half a century with his international debut.
