Reports say the “incredible” £100 million midfielder, one of Liverpool’s top targets, has been open to leave his club this summer.
Reds set sights for new midfielders
It was an incredible first season with Arne Slot’s Anfield Dugout, adding to the team inherited from Jurgen Klopp, but the Dutch manager secured the Premier League title.
However, it appears that slots are trying to put their stamps on their team. Also, as we approach the summer transfer window, introducing new midfielders seems particularly interesting.
The Reds are currently preparing to file a £34 million offer from Barcelona’s Frenkie de John. The future at Camp Nou is uncertain now, but he also races Adam Wharton at Crystal Palace, but it costs £800,000 to praise the British from the Eagles.

The Reds aim to dodge the competition from elsewhere.
Earlier this year, Nottingham Forest’s Morgan Gibbs White was reported to be the top target for the slot, and there is currently a positive update on Merseysider’s central midfielder tracking.
According to a Bootroom report, Gibbswhite is open to leaving Nottingham Forest this summer, with the British planning to consider his options if the tricky tree can’t secure a place in the Champions League next season.
Mori wants to hold onto the 25-year-old, but his signature is becoming more and more interested. Manchester City and Newcastle United are also taking part in the race alongside Liverpool.
However, the deal is not cheap as forests are willing to sanction departing at rates in the £100 million area.
“Incredible” Gibbs White deserves big moves
Despite the fantastic campaign, Forest has increased the likelihood of missing Champions League football and now falling to sixth after the run, Gibbs White can look for the exit door, and there are plenty of signs to sign Liverpool firmly.
The former Wolverhampton Wanderers man has been excellent since signing Forest, and was most notably impressed in the offensive sense, earning five goals and nine assists in 30 Premier League outs this season.
ESPN’s Janusz Michallik was impressed by the Forest Star’s work rate in his 2-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur last month, and took him to the X for a high reputation.
At 25, there are all the indications that Gibbs White is now in his prime, and he could be the highest quality addition to Liverpool’s midfield, but Mori is in a strong negotiating position, with the midfielder signing until 2027 and firing £100 million is a risk.
