Jack Miller wants to “continue” with the Pramac Yamaha team for the 2026 MotoGP season.

There were rumors of interest from Honda’s WorldSBK project, but Australians claimed that they weren’t “really” looking elsewhere at this stage.

Officially, Miller is the only Yamaha rider whose contract expired this season after writing his first one-year contract for the new Pramac project.

However, there was also speculation about the stiffness of teammate Miguel Oliveira’s two-year contract.

Asked if he wanted to stay in 2026, Miller responded with Silverstone: “Obviously, that’s the goal, but we have to wait and see.

“You’ll get results and you’ll get work.

“I try to do my best I can and I feel like I’m moving forward here with this project and I want to continue doing that.

“But still very quickly, Moto2 has young kids who have won multiple races and look strong. Wait and watch.

“Are you lining up anything else? No.

“Did I put my finger out to see if there was anything there?

“My main goal is to do well here and stay here.”

Jack Miller is targeting positive UK motogs

Miller is only 17th in the World Championships, but after non-scores in the past six races, his raw pace is much more impressive.

Earlier in the season, Miller challenged Fabio Cartalaro to top M1 honors, claiming Yamaha’s best finish since 2023 in Kota, before the Frenchman Jerez podium.

The former Honda and Ducati race winner is looking to get the season back on track with Silverstone, which took the podium in 2022.

“Looking forward to it,” he said Thursday. “This weekend, the weather looks like “the British are extra British.” We are waiting for what it will come.

“But in general, it’s not like that when everyone is like ‘raining’! ”

If it’s wet on Sunday, Miller will have the opportunity to compensate for missed opportunities at Le Mans last time.

“The main race was a chaotic race and the crush left a sour taste.

Starting with wet tires on a dry truck in Le Mans, Miller was caught when the rain returned and escaped for 10 seconds from the final winner, Johann Zarco.
