Los Angeles Lakers star Jake LaRavia hit back at Anthony Edwards’ disrespect.
Austin Reeves scored the Los Angeles Lakers’ dramatic game-winning goal against the Minnesota Timberwolves, but he got a little help.
Jake LaRavia scored 27 points against the Timberwolves, marking his best performance for the Lakers, and Austin Reaves claimed it was his best game ever.
However, one player was surprised. Opposing star Anthony Edwards was sidelined with an injury, but a voice could be heard courtside asking, “Who’s the 12-year-old?”
Edwards was surprised by LaRavia’s performance, but understandably did not know his name.
Jake LaRabia posted on Instagram following the Los Angeles Lakers’ win and addressed Anthony Edwards’ taunt.
Laravia clearly understood what Edwards was saying, writing, “Who’s number 12,” along with a shrug emoji.

LaRabia’s message caught the attention of his Los Angeles Lakers teammates, with Starman Luka Doncic also liking his message.
Jared Vanderbilt commented that the Timberwolves definitely know about Jake LaRavia by now, writing, “I bet they already know.”
Teammates Austin Reeves and Christian Koloco also reached out to show their support for Reeves.

Lakers head coach JJ Redick praised Jake Laravia’s performance, calling it a “reference point” for him moving forward.
LaRavia also received praise from Lakers legend James Worthy, who told Spectrum he was happy with the contributions of the free agent signing.
“He knows his game, he’s not afraid to take shots, he understands the moment. It’s his first time here with the Lakers, and I think he’s adapted very well.”
