Jalen Brown believes his Celtics teammates have stopped playing hard against the Knicks and hopes they will stop focusing on Jason Tatum.

The Boston Celtics lost a key game four to the New York Knicks. This loss means that the Celtics are now eliminated 3-1.

The big topic from tonight’s game was Jason Tatum’s injury. The All-Star had to be helped by the court after suffering a very serious injury.

Several fans expressed concern to Jason Tatum as soon as the injury occurred. Given how rough the injury is, they fear he will go out for a long time.

Celtics head coach Joe Matzla made a significant update on Jason Tatum after the game. However, Jalen Brown smoked for his other teammates after a disappointing loss.

Speaking after the game, Jaylen Brown detailed what the Celtics’ goals are for the rest of the game in the series. Jason Tatum comes out and the Celtics need his leadership.

He explained that the Celtics will have to leave the rocking block in Game 5 without Tatum for them.

Brown then called out fellow Celtics teammates for being a vicious defensive end long before Tatum was injured.

“Prepare for the next thing. Get ready to fight, get out on our home floor and do what we need to do. That’s the goal, and it’s still the goal.”

“We’ve reached it well in this locker room. I believe in my peers. Defensively tonight, it was terrible, frank. There’s no resistance.”

“We were just worried. Our attack was a great attack. We made lots of shots, but we had no resistance to defending.”

Later in the press conference, Jalen Brown admitted that the Celtics are more concerned about Jason Tatum than losses. However, he urged the team to spend the night, then shifting focus to Game 5.

“Everyone is interested in Jason. I don’t know how bad it is. It didn’t look good. But I think everyone is interested in it. The loss is obviously huge.”

“But we have to prepare for Game 5. So we’re going to spend the night, raise our heads tomorrow, put together our game plans and come out on their home floor to keep the series alive.”

Brown recently said he’s doing better than Jason Tatum and others in the Celtics. It’s time for him to betray his words and perform like he won the MVP title in last year’s final.
